Returns & Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or refund. All returns must be made within 180 days of placing your order. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the 180 day period.
You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. For international returns, please ensure you indicate the parcel is a return item with no commercial value.
If you are asking for an exchange, we will send your replacement item(s) free of charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will notify you via email. If you are asking for a refund, you will only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept back items that have been used.
If you receive a faulty item or the item becomes faulty within 1 year of purchase, you may return it for refund or replacement. Normal wear and tear is not considered as faulty. On receipt of the returned item we will examine it to determine whether it is faulty.
The cost of returning the goods to us will be refunded to you when we replace an item.
